How to remove data One Percent Daily holds about you.
If you linked your Instagram username so you could share reels into your Brain Bank, you can remove that link at any time:
This immediately deletes the stored connection between your Instagram account and your One Percent Daily account, and stops any further reels you send from being saved. It does not delete reels already saved to your Brain Bank — you can delete those individually, or all at once by deleting your account below.
Sharing a reel by DM never requires granting our Instagram account any access to yours, so Settings is the way almost everyone should unlink — it always works immediately, whether or not you have ever sent us a message. The one exception: if you were ever separately granted a role on our app (for example as a beta tester) andhave sent us at least one message, removing One Percent Daily from your Instagram account's connected apps also clears the connection automatically. If you were granted a role but never sent a message, there is no stored connection yet for that to find — use Settings, or email us below, instead.
To permanently delete your account and everything associated with it:
This permanently removes all goals, tasks, Brain Bank content (including uploaded photos, audio and PDFs), any Instagram account link, any feedback you submitted while signed in, and your user record. It cannot be undone.
Email hello@bombay.media from the address on your account, or with the Instagram username you linked, and we will delete your data for you.
